Reverb as a Channel
Summary
Reverb connects as a channel supporting Link Listings, Sync Listings, Publish Listings, Get Orders, and Sync Orders. Hiding, unhiding, and delisting are not supported. Publishing requires categories that match Reverb's category list exactly, and either a Shipping Profile ID on Reverb or Local Pickup enabled in Flxpoint. Connection uses an Access Token and an Environment selection.
Add a Reverb channel, start configuring an operation, and when Flxpoint prompts you click + New Connection, enter your Access Token and select the Environment, then Test Connection → Save Connection.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
Access TokenRequired | Your Reverb API Access Token. |
EnvironmentRequired | Toggles between Reverb's Sandbox and Production environments. |
support@flxpoint.com.Category formatting is strict
Categories must match Reverb's published list exactly in case and format (for example acoustic-guitars). Header categories are Category 1 and the items beneath them are Category 2.
Shipping Profile ID or Local Pickup
If no Shipping Profile ID is set on Reverb, toggle Local Pickup to Yes in step 2 of the Publish operation, or the listing will fail to publish.
No hide, unhide, or delist
Reverb does not support hiding, unhiding, or delisting from Flxpoint. Plan inventory management around that limitation.

Sync Orders passes tracking back to Reverb. Enabling Send Notification to Buyer emails the buyer that the item shipped when the order syncs.
