Open Weapon Depot
Didn't receive your Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, or Retailer ID? Check your Weapon Depot seller account settings or contact Weapon Depot support to have them resent. If Test Connection fails after a Weapon Depot site update, your credentials may have been reissued – request new keys and update all three fields in Flxpoint.

Credentials come from Weapon Depot – the Domain is always the same

Your Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and Retailer ID are emailed to you by Weapon Depot when you create a seller account. The Domain field is always https://www.weapondepot.com – do not use a different URL. If credentials need to be reset after a Weapon Depot site update, contact your Weapon Depot account manager to have new credentials issued.

Publish Listings needs shipping configuration before a listing can go live

Weapon Depot requires shipping settings before any listing can publish: a Shipping Method (UPS, USPS, or FedEx), a Shipping Type (Flat Rate or Dynamic Rate), and – for Flat Rate – a Shipping Cost and Flat Rate Type (Per Order or Per Item). Price and Quantity are also required; a listing missing either fails to publish (zero is a valid quantity).

Weapon Depot normalizes categories by UPC – it may override your mapped category

Weapon Depot assigns categories based on the UPC in their catalog, not the category you map. If a product already exists in their catalog under "Category A," publishing it under "Category B" redirects the listing to "Category A." This does not stop the listing from going live – it is expected behavior, not an error.

Shipping Mappings are required for Get Orders to work correctly

Shipping Mappings must be set up in Weapon Depot's seller portal (Store Settings › Manage Shipping) and matched in Flxpoint before orders import with the correct method. The shipping-method text in Flxpoint must match exactly what appears on the Weapon Depot order; if no mapping exists for an order's method, the order is placed on hold in Flxpoint.

Connects your Flxpoint listings to existing Weapon Depot products whenever the UPC or SKU matches between the two systems. This preserves the existing product data and lets you push updates without explicitly publishing new listings.

Retrieves new Weapon Depot orders that haven't been imported yet and sends acknowledgements back when needed. Shipping Mappings are required – configure them in the Weapon Depot seller portal (Store Settings › Manage Shipping) and match them in Flxpoint so orders import with the correct shipping method. Use Get Orders Created within the last X Days to control how far back Flxpoint imports.
Syncs changes made to orders since the last run – most commonly writing tracking information back to Weapon Depot. Partial shipments are also synced for Weapon Depot POs, so each shipment's tracking posts individually as it is created rather than waiting for the full order to be fulfilled.

Connection test fails after Weapon Depot reissued credentials or updated their site
When Weapon Depot updates their platform or reissues API credentials, existing keys become invalid. Contact your Weapon Depot account manager for new credentials, then update all three fields – Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and Retailer ID – in your Flxpoint channel connection. Confirm the Domain is still https://www.weapondepot.com and run Test Connection before re-enabling scheduled jobs.
Publish Listings failing – listing not going live on Weapon Depot
The most common cause is a missing Price or Quantity – both are required (zero is a valid quantity). Confirm both are mapped with valid values in your Publish template, and that all required shipping configuration is set (Shipping Method, Shipping Type, and Shipping Cost for Flat Rate). Review the job logs for the specific error to identify the missing field or setting.
Listing published to the wrong category on Weapon Depot
This is expected behavior – Weapon Depot normalizes categories by UPC. If a product already exists in their catalog under a specific category, your listing is placed there regardless of your Flxpoint mapping. It does not affect the listing going live or its visibility. You cannot override category placement for products that already exist in the Weapon Depot catalog.
Orders not importing from Weapon Depot
Check two things first. Confirm the order status on Weapon Depot matches the statuses configured in Get Orders settings – a status mismatch is the most common cause. Then check Get Orders Created within the last X Days; an order older than that window will not import, so increase the number to capture it. If orders still don't appear, run Test Connection to verify the credentials haven't expired.
Price or quantity not updating on Weapon Depot after Sync Listings runs
First confirm the listing is linked – Sync Listings cannot update an unlinked listing. Then open the Sync Listings template and check the relevant price field (Price, Sale Price, or Regular Price) and Quantity are mapped and not set to Don't Map. If a field is set to Don't Map, Weapon Depot keeps its existing value. If everything is mapped and linked but values still don't change, check the job logs for API errors and confirm the credentials are valid.

Where do I find my Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and Retailer ID?
These three credentials are provided by Weapon Depot via email when you sign up as a seller. If you didn't receive them, log into your Weapon Depot seller account and check your account settings, or contact Weapon Depot support to have them resent. If they stop working after a Weapon Depot site update, reach out to your Weapon Depot contact to have new keys issued – the Consumer Key and Secret can be regenerated on their end.
What are the three price fields in Sync Listings and how do they work?
Weapon Depot supports three price fields. Price is the actual selling price the customer pays. Sale Price is a discount below Price; if populated, customers pay this lower amount. Regular Price is a reference price similar to MSRP or "Compare at Price" – shown for comparison but never charged (e.g. "was $100, now $79.99"). If you don't want Flxpoint to update a field, set it to Don't Map in the Sync Listings template.
Does Sync Orders support partial shipments?
Yes – Sync Orders supports partial shipments for Weapon Depot. Tracking is synced back for each shipment as it is created in Flxpoint, so an order with multiple shipments has each shipment's tracking posted individually rather than waiting for the whole order to be fulfilled.
What happens when I delist vs. hide a listing on Weapon Depot?
Delist permanently removes the product from your Weapon Depot channel listing; it can only be brought back by running a Sync or Publish job again. Hide is temporary – it sets the variant to Out of Stock to prevent orders while the listing stays in place. Unhide restores a hidden variant to live. Use Hide/Unhide when inventory is expected to return; use Delist to remove a product entirely.
Can I use a flat shipping rate of $0 to offer free shipping?
Yes – entering 0 in the Shipping Cost field when using Flat Rate publishes your listings with free shipping. Note the Flat Rate Type distinction too: Per Order means a $5 flat rate ships two items for $5 total, while Per Item means two items ship for $10 total. Choose the type that matches your shipping cost structure.
