Why a GunBroker Listing Ends or Shows Delisted

Flxpoint ends an item on GunBroker only in these cases:

• The listing's Quantity is 0. GunBroker does not accept a quantity of 0, so Sync Listings ends the item instead of updating it.
• A Delist is waiting on the listing. The next Sync Listings ends the item.
• GunBroker has more than one item with the same SKU. When Flxpoint looks an item up by SKU and finds several, it keeps one and ends the extra copies. This can happen in Sync Listings and in Publish Listings.

For the first two cases, Flxpoint ends every GunBroker item that has that SKU. If GunBroker does not confirm that the item ended, the listing shows a sync error with GunBroker's message.

Nothing else ends an item. Editing a mapping template, rebuilding a listing or deleting a listing in Flxpoint does not end anything on GunBroker.

1. Click Products (tag icon in the left menu) > Channel Listings and open the listing. Hover the status icon next to Listing Status. The tooltip names the status, for example Delisted, and adds Pending Delist if a Delist is waiting.
2. Look at the Quantity at the top of the listing. If it is 0, the next Sync Listings ends the item. Click the lock button beside it to see the Actual Quantity and the Locked Quantity, because a locked 0 also counts.
3. If a Delist is pending and you do not want it, select the listing and click Actions > Edit > Cancel Pending Action before Sync Listings runs.
4. Check that the Listing SKU is the same as the SKU on the GunBroker item.
5. Look on GunBroker for two items with the same SKU.
6. If List Price Protection is on for the channel and the listing shows a Price Protection message, the listing is not syncing at all. It is not ended. The message lists the cause: List Price ≤ Estimated Cost, Estimated Cost is empty or 0, or No Inventory Links. Fix it and the listing continues syncing.
7. Check whether the listing is paused. Sync Listings skips paused listings. Select it and click Actions > Edit > Unpause.

During Sync Listings, Flxpoint looks for each item on GunBroker by its SKU, under your seller account. If it finds none, it marks the listing Delisted in Flxpoint. This happens, for example, when the item's listing duration ran out on GunBroker, or when the SKU on GunBroker is not the same as the Listing SKU in Flxpoint.

When a listing becomes Delisted, Flxpoint drops its link to the GunBroker item. A Delisted listing has no item to update, so adding stock does not bring it back by itself. To list it again:

1. Make sure the listing's Quantity is above 0. Publish and Overwrite skip listings with quantity 0 and leave them waiting.
2. In Channel Listings, select the listing.
3. Click Actions > Publish / Overwrite and confirm.

Publish looks for an item with that SKU on GunBroker. If it finds one, it links the listing to that item and updates its price and quantity. If it finds none, it creates a new item.

Flxpoint cannot hide a GunBroker listing. If you use Actions > Hide on one, Sync Listings fails for it with GunBroker does not support Hidden functionality. and the item stays live on GunBroker. Select the listing and click Actions > Clear Errors to remove the error. To take an item off GunBroker, use Actions > Delist instead. A Delist is queued and runs the next time Sync Listings runs.

1. Open the listing and find the Identifiers card.
2. Change Listing SKU to the SKU the item has on GunBroker and click Save Variant.
3. If the listing is still linked, select it and click Actions > Force Sync so the next Sync Listings picks it up. If it already shows Delisted, publish it again as described above.

A Listing SKU can be used only once per channel. If it is taken, Flxpoint shows The listing SKU is already in use by another variant on this channel.
